Tony Pola, better known as the drummer for iconic power group ‘The Fags, ‘Beasts of Bourbon’ and ‘Kim salmon and the Surrealists’, has designed a range of T-shirts exclusively for Lick. The Painkillers, Perth duo featuring Joe Bludge and fellow Beasts drummer James Baker, helped celebrate the launch of bypola by playing in the Lick window on Sunday 29th of November. Tony Pola has been drawing for years using only found pens and paper. His partner Annette Orr, owner of Lick in Fremantle recognised their T-shirt potential. Tony is now designing is second range for Lick Clothing. Tony’s original drawings can be viewed in the Lick art space until the new year.
